New Delhi:

The long awaited teaser of Pathan was released on Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday and it is high time on social media. No surprises there. The film boasts of an impressive star cast that includes SRK, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. However, SRK and Deepika’s scenes together in the teaser eclipsed everything else (well, almost). Excited fans shared tweets dedicated to the two actors (more on that later). Pathan marks SRK and Deepika Padukone’s fourth project together. Deepika Padukone made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the 2007 film Om Shanti Om and then they co-starred Happy New Year a Chennai Express – all three films did well at the box office.

First, check out the teaser of Pathan here:

A fan posted a photo collage of Om Shanti Om, Happy New Year a Pathan and wrote: “Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. 15 Years. And nothing has changed.”

It’s fair to call it Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s appreciation tweet.

“Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan. The superstars. The chemistry. The magic,” read another tweet.

Nostalgia awake! A fan tweeted: “Anyone else feeling old seeing Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan together again.”

“King and queen in action,” wrote another fan.

Our thoughts exactly.

Besides Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, Pathan also starring John Abraham. Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj Films, the film will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on January 25, 2023.
